Text message program — how to opt in
Program: Connect Dots Planner Workflow Alerts. Recurring automated, transactional text alerts sent by Connect Dots to its own registered application users about approval status changes and @ mentions on their own work items.
- Sign in to your invited account at planner.connectdots.la.
- Open Settings → Alerts on your mobile device.
- Enter your own mobile number.
- Check the two optional consent boxes (both unchecked by default) and save.
Message frequency varies (typically fewer than 10 per month). Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Consent is not a condition of using the application. See our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. No mobile information is sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
About us
Access is by invitation only. There is no public sign-up, no e-commerce, and no consumer-facing storefront. Every account belongs to a named Connect Dots employee, contractor, or client team member who was invited by an administrator.
Text and email notifications are sent by Connect Dots, under its own brand and from its own number, to these registered account holders about their own work in the application. We never send messages on behalf of a client business, and clients do not use this application to message their own customers. See the SMS program details and opt-in form.

SMS is used strictly for internal, employee-to-employee workflow notifications inside this application. Connect Dots does not send marketing messages, and does not send messages to consumers or to any client's customers. Only invited workspace members who explicitly opt in through the form in their account settings receive texts, and they receive them only about their own work items.
