Use of the service

LAMILL Coffee Planner is an internal tool for planning and approving social posts, email flows, and ad campaigns. Accounts are issued to LAMILL Coffee and Connect Dots team members and contractors. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.

Acceptable use

• Do not share account credentials or access with outside parties.
• Upload only content you have the rights to use, and do not upload unlawful or infringing material.
• Do not attempt to bypass role permissions or access data outside your role.

Content ownership

Content uploaded to the planner remains the property of the brand or team that supplied it. We store and process it solely to run the approval workflow.

Notifications

The app sends transactional emails about approvals and mentions. Text message alerts are optional and require explicit opt-in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Full details are on the SMS opt-in page.

Availability & liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered notifications, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse or when an engagement ends.
